Mugambi is the Chairman of the Business Premises Rent Tribunal. He holds an LLB (Honors 2nd Class, Upper Division) from the University of Nairobi, a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and an MBA in Strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University (JKUAT). He is also a Member of the Law Society of Kenya and a Practising Advocate.

Sammy Mukala is a licensed and practicing valuer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi. With over 13 years of experience in real estate, he has developed extensive expertise in property valuation, transaction support, investment appraisal, and portfolio management. His career has seen him serve in leading firms such as Knight Frank Kenya, where he headed operations in the Coastal region, driving business growth and revenues, and Dominion Valuers, where he continues to provide strategic leadership. Sammy has advised clients on secured lending, complex investment decisions, resettlement action plans, lease reviews, and has represented clients in court as an expert witness.

Eric Nyadimo is a Licensed Surveyor and a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK). He is the Managing Director of Oakar Services a Geospatial Consultancy firm working in the Eastern Africa Region. Eric has a MSc degree in Land Management and Land Tenure from the Technische Universität München, Germany and a BSc. Surveying from the University of Nairobi. He currently serves as the President of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya; Chair of the Lands & Physical Planning Sector Board at KEPSA; and Chair of the Technical Working Group for Geospatial Standards at the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
