As a practicing Estate Agent in Kenya, you need to be registered with the Estate Agents Registration Board, which is mandated under law to register Estate Agents. Only EARB registered and licensed Estate Agents with a current practicing annual certificate can conduct Estate Agency in Kenya.
Persons seeking registration need to have a minimum of a KCSE certificate, two years minimum experience and recommendation from a registered estate agent, and MUST be a Kenyan citizen.

Once you submit the application documents, the board will vet your application and after a period you will receive a confirmation inviting you to attend an interview with the Estate Agents Registration Board, to which an interview fee of KSH 5,000 is also charged as you proceed.
